Táto bakalárska práca porovnáva lineárne a iteračné metodiky riadenia projektov a skúma využitie princípov dizajnu zameraného na používateľa pri vývoji softvéru. Analyzuje použitie Experiment Canvasu v procese vývoja tímu Agility & Continuous Improvement spoločnosti RedHat. Na základe výsledkov výskumu práca navrhuje prijatie Experiment Canvasu prispôsobených potrebám spoločnosti RedHat. Štúdia dokazuje, že implementácia Experiment Canvasu môže zvýšiť efektívnosť a účinnosť postupov vývoja softvéru v spoločnosti RedHat.
Design of a website for the leisure time organization based on HCD methods

The present bachelor thesis looks into the use of Human-Centred Design methods for creating a website for the Luka nad Jihlavou Scout Center. The aim of the thesis is to design implementation of a website and to create a website prototype using methodology developed by the IDEO company and then to assess whether this methodology is suitable for leisure time organisations. The work includes a description of the particular leisure time organisation. The process of carrying out user research, an ideation workshop and user testing together with the obtained results is also presented here.

The aim of this thesis is to identify innovation opportunities, which will serve to encourage individuals with inborn metabolic disorder phenylketunuria (also PKU) to comply with their strict dietary restrictions. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic concepts of innovation and techniques of Design thinking focusing on the Human-centered design approach. Futhermore the reader will find introduction into inborn metabolic disorder phenylketonuria. The practical part contains a plan of research, description of the current situation on the Czech market, outputs of research with experts, outputs of the workshop with individuals with PKU and the identification of innovation opportunities and recommendations.
Career opportunity map: Use of management in various work positions

The aim of this thesis is to define the concept of the career opportunity map. This map shows first-year students at economic universities the real functions at selected positions in companies. Profiles positions should also point out where management skills are applied in practise. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic concepts and techniques of Design Thinking. The next step is to outline methods that are used in the practical part. Likewise, the reader will find here the selected management approach by various authors. The practical part presents a plan of research, outputs of research with experts, outputs of the workshop with the students and the samples of profile jobs. Result of this work will define specific forms of the concept and recommendations for future extension.
Use of Design Thinking On a Real Project: Innovation of Management Course

The focus of this thesis is innovation management, mainly Design Thinking method. The main objective of the research is, by using Design Thinking, to define key problems of Management lectures from the students' point of view. The main topic of the theoretical part is introduction to Design Thinking regarding the theory and used innovation tools. Further, it will comment on insights of generation Z and current trends in education. In the analytical part, firstly the research plan is introduced, followed by the outputs of methods and finally the discussion of the results. The goal of this work is to specifically define the insights to the students' behavior in the key areas of Management course lectures.
